Preface：
As the concerns of the global water supplying increasing, the markets of the water treatment chemicals grows rapidly. With the fast grows of China´s industry and the strengthening of the environmental protection controlling by the government, China becomes as the fastest growing country in the world in the fields of the water treatment chemicals and water treatment services. And the analysis shows that such growth even exceeds the growth of GDP.
Based on the above situation, China water treatment and chlorine dioxide professional network, China Society of Chlorine Dioxide and CHC Expo Service Co. Ltd decided to co-organized this conference during the Third AQUATECH CHINA International Water exhibition. AQUATECH is the world´s leading international water exhibition which has 47 years history. He had held the first water exhibition in the Netherlands in 1964. and So far，AQUATECH had held many water exhibitions successfully in Europe, North America, Asia and other places. Each AQUATECH water exhibition showed the world´s leading products, technologies and solutions, and had built the global knowledge-sharing platform for water industry. AQUATECH is now regarded as the first choice for the trading platform in the water industry, And also is the pronoun of high-quality professional water exhibition. The First AQUATECH CHINA was introduced into China by CHC Expo Service（shanghai） Co. Ltd, it has gained a great success. The two successful exhibitions in China has established its best position in China’s water exhibition industry.
The third AQUATECH CHINA will introduce the Zoning Displaying, in which will specialize the chlorine dioxide and water treatment chemicals Displaying Zone, and this Zone will display the water treatment chemicals products and technologies. The organizer will emphases above information in their inviting letter and the commercial brochures.

At a.m 9:00 of June 2nd, 2010, the opening ceremony for the Conference and water exhibition and visit the water exhibition, At p.m. 13:00, water treatment chemicals and Chlorine dioxide symposium, after Dinner at p.m 20:00,mini-symposium
At a.m. 9:00 on June 3, 2010，water treatment chemicals and Chlorine dioxide symposium，and dinner at p.m 18:00 then the end of the Conference agenda
On June 4, 2010 visit water exhibition (one day) and discussions((p.m13:00-16:00). Must register in advance.

Conference registration fee:
RMB3500/persons, if no need of hotel room will be RMB2000/person).
1. The above cost including the World Expo and Water Exhibition tickets, thesis book , water exhibition information, four days accommodation costs（not including the Mini Bar fees and the laundry etc. for RMB3500/person only）which including breakfast, lunch and dinner，and other expenses at your own expenses.
2. 10% discount for Article Authors, and the VIP members of chlorine dioxide website (clo2.net)
3. 20% discount for Clients who advertising on Chlorine dioxide website (clo2.net).
4. As the conference will be held during the Shanghai Expo, registration fees must be paid in advance before April 2010, Otherwise the discount will be not applied.
Advertising Expenses：
1. Advertising fee in the thesis book: RMB10,000 for the front cover, and RMB5,000 for the back cover; RMB3,000 / page for Color inside pages; black and white inside pages RMB1000 / page.
2. For addressing fee on the conference: RMB3000 / 20 minutes (including distributing products brochures, limited to 3 enterprises to participate)
Call for thesis:
1. The conference is now collecting the thesis which relevant with the conference, Required the word format.
The content includes: subject, author´s name, company, address, post code, telephone, abstract, keywords, text, the main references.
2.. The thesis book will be published by Hong Kong Da Yuan publisher , outstanding thesis will be recommended to the "Industrial Water Treatment" or "water purification technology" and other periodicals.
Deadline of receiving: will be not later than April 10, 2010.
